Privacy Policy

The short version

BloxUGC collects the minimum we need to run the service: your email and account details, your prompts and creations, and payment records handled by Stripe. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t use third-party ad trackers.

What we collect

• Account information — your email address, display name, and optional avatar. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
• Your creations — the prompts you type, images you upload as references, and the 3D models, clothing templates, and emotes generated from them.
• Purchase records — if you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep a record of the purchase and the credits granted.
• Roblox connection — if you connect your Roblox account to upload items, we store the tokens needed to perform uploads you request. We never see your Roblox password.
• Basic usage data — credit spends, generation history, and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run the service: generating your items, keeping your library, tracking credits.
• To process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse of free credits.
• To send account emails (verification, password reset). No marketing spam.
• To improve the product using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

Who processes data for us

Generating AI content requires sending your prompts and reference images to the AI providers that power BloxUGC (currently Tripo, fal, and Uthana). Payments run through Stripe. Our infrastructure runs on Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Account emails are sent through Resend. Each provider receives only what’s needed to do its job.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children’s privacy

BloxUGC is for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You can update your display name and avatar in Settings.
• You can delete your account in Settings, which removes your account data. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting.
• You can disconnect your Roblox account at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and the date above.
