What BloxUGC is

BloxUGC lets you create 3D items, clothing, and emotes with AI tools and prepare them for use on the Roblox platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use BloxUGC.

Credits

• Credits are a virtual balance used to run generations. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and can’t be exchanged back into money.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits it reserved are automatically returned to your balance.
• Completed generations consume real computing costs, so credits spent on successful generations are generally not refundable. If something goes genuinely wrong, contact us — we’re reasonable.
• Free signup credits are a gift and may be limited or adjusted to prevent abuse.

Your content

• You own the items you create with BloxUGC, to the fullest extent we can grant them. AI-generated output may have limited copyright protection under current law.
• You are responsible for what you create and upload: prompts, reference images, and generated items must not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or violate Roblox’s community standards and terms.
• Items “inspired by” existing characters or brands may be rejected by Roblox’s moderation — that decision is Roblox’s, not ours, and credits spent generating them are still consumed.
• We may use non-identifying, aggregate information about generations to improve the product. We don’t claim ownership of your creations.

Fair use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempting to bypass credit charges or rate limits, no generating illegal or sexually explicit content, no harassment, no reselling access, no automated scraping. BloxUGC is used by young creators — keep it clean. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Roblox

BloxUGC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Uploading items to Roblox happens through your own Roblox account and is subject to Roblox’s own terms, fees, and moderation. We can’t guarantee any item will be approved by Roblox.

AI-generated content

Generation results vary — that’s the nature of AI. We work hard on quality, but we can’t promise any particular output, and very intricate or thin designs may come out simplified. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloxUGC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Roblox or other third parties.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. You can stop using BloxUGC and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
